Copper Wire Rod
Copper wire rod for production of electrical products is manufactured by "Contirod" technology (continuous casting and rolling) from cathode copper grade M00k (GOST 546-2001).
Package
Copper wire rod package is under GOST18690 and GOST R 53803.
Copper wire rod coils of 3-5 t each are delivered on wooden pallets (1,600×1,600) packed either in stretch film wrap of polypropylene cover, depending on the transportation and storage conditions, with plastic strapping (4 or 8 pcs.).

3 months from date of manufacture.
Quality
Copper wire rod is manufactured in compliance with GOST R 53803-2010. ASTM B 49-17. BS EN 1977:2013 on continuous casting and rolling line from cathodes M00k (GOST 546-2001).

Electro-technical round copper wire is used for manufacturing cables and cords.
Wire of MM (soft copper) and MT (hard copper) grades is produced in compliance with TU 16–705.492–2005.

All manufactured products are certified by the Laboratory of Mass Spectrometric and Ecoanalytical Methods of Analysis, Institute of ISE .
Our company is actively cooperating with foreign research centers, universities and firms within the framework of agreements and contracts at various levels.

ISE AG - Institute for Rare Earths and Strategic Metals, is an expert in the analysis and evaluation of high purity metals and isotopes. Providing banks and other investment institutions with a professional audit of the requested metals is also included in the list of the Institute's competencies.
The company is certified by the System of Voluntary Certification of Management Systems and has the right to use the conformity mark in technical, accompanying and other documentation.
Copper Cathodes
Copper cathodes are produced according to GOST 546; chemical composition is according to GOST 859. Used for manufacturing of wire, buss bars, copper wire rod and copper electrolytic powder.
Package and transportation
Copper cathodes are supplied in bundles of maximum 1,500 kg and maximum height of 500 mm in compliance with GOST 21399. The product may be transported by any covered vehicle.

Copper cathodes produced by JSC «Uralelektromed» are registered by London Metal Exchange: in 2010 under brand “UMMC” – electrolytic copper produced by copper starting sheet technology and in 2013 under brand UMMC II – electrolytic copper produced by permanent cathode technology.
The product is registered under REACH (EC Regulation for Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals).

· Copper ingots with a chemical purity of at least 99.9999%. TU 24.44.22, 001-75815004-2022 . Packed in plastic containers of 30 kg net.
· Nickel wire grades DKRNT 0.025 KT NP 1 and DKRNT 0.025 KT NP2.
